Dear Loggerhead Club & Marina™ Member:
We are pleased to announce our support of Old Bahama “Bay Fest.” Bay Fest is an organized crossing to Old Bahama Bay on the northern tip of Grand Bahama Island. The trip will be organized by Mainstreet Marketing and Yacht Management, our partner at two Loggerhead locations.

Depart Old Bahama Bay Marina for Lake Worth Inlet. Upon return to U.S., each vessel must report to Customs & Immigration offices for clearance. |
| Arrival US Waters |
Upon entering US Waters, or when your cell phone works, call the following US Customs office to declare your return to the US: 800-432-1216 800-451-0393 You will need to report your vessel registration number (or Document Code if you are a documented vessel or LBO number), and provide name, birthday and passport number for the passengers on your vessel. You will receive a “Clearance Number” which you will present when reporting to a Customs Office in the US. |

ITEMS YOU AND YOUR CREW WILL NEED TO BRING:
Passport for each passenger. Mandatory. here’s how you can obtain a passport: Go to www.travel.state.gov or call 877-487-2778 or visit the Department of State, Federal Office Building, 3rd Floor, 51 SW First Ave, Miami, FL 33130 (call to make appt: 205-539-3600) or visit your local courthouse. Be sure to have 2 forms of ID and a passport photo.

Any medications you or your passengers currently require
Pens for paperwork
Life Jackets, flares and other Coast Guard required items for your vessel
Quarantine Flag (available at your marina…check with Harbor Master)

Libations: Rum is inexpensive in the Bahamas, however, beer may exceed $50 per case.
SAFETY
We strongly suggest each vessel obtain a towing membership prior to departing U.S. waters.
